King Sitemix operates Reimer volumetric concrete mixers to offer solutions for continuous site batching which means the concrete mix is always fresh and of the highest quality. We can customise the mix of concrete as; stone, sand, cement, water and admixtures are loaded into separate compartments on one truck so that these can all be mixed evenly spread throughout a mix. Once the concrete slurry is formulated, it can then be poured through a customised auger. The elimination of waste in transport and the ability to source mix material from local quarries means you only pay for what is poured to order. This system has advantages for remote work, difficult working hours or whenever fresh concrete or slump is required on demand

King Sitemix units are certified and plated by the Volumetric Mixer Manufacturer’s Bureau to comply with ASTM C685/C685M-00. Opus International Consultants Ltd currently caters to our independent testing requirements out of their Hamilton laboratory. Break test reports can be provided on any job.
